Shrimp Crackers, or Keropok Udang, are deep fried crackers made from starch and shrimp serve as flavouring. It is Indonesian specialty usually consumed alone as a snack, or cracked and sprinkled on top of certain food as a complement to add crispy texture.

Directions: Pour cooking oil in a pan (about half the height of the pan), wait until it is hot enough. Deep fry cracker until it expands, turn it over once then take it out when it is crispy.
