Si Shen powder consists of Chinese Yam, Poria, Fox Nut and Lotus Seed. It is good for strengthening the digestion system, improving appetite and is suitable for all ages especially beneficial for the elderly, children, maternal or postoperative care.
Preparation: Pour 4 teaspoons (about 20g) of Si Shen powder into a cup and add about 200ml of boiling water, stir thoroughly and it is ready to be served. Alternatively, add Si Shen powder to milk, almond, oat meal, soya milk or porridge. Taste can be adjusted to suit individual preference.
