White fungus, also known as snow fungus, are good for moistening and clearing lungs and also improving the body’s immune system. The white fungus soup has soothing purposes like nourishing the bodies, healing dry coughs and clearing heat in the lungs.
Directions: Add 300g of either chicken or any other meat with 2.5 litres of water and boil for 1 hour. Serves 4-5 persons. (Rock sugar can be added instead to prepare as a dessert).
