Brown rice is whole grain rice with the inedible outer hull removed. It has a good source of magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, and manganese and is high in fiber.
Directions: Add 200ml boiling water to 20g of unpolished rice powder and stir well and it is ready to be served. Soybean milk, fruit juice, milk or oat can be added to fit individual taste.
