Barley is a nutritious grain with is low fat and low cholesterol. It is a good source of dietary fiber, energy, protein, vitamins and minerals.
Directions: Add 200ml of warm water into 5g or 1 teaspoon of barley power and stir well. Sugar, honey or milk powder may be added to enhance flavour.
