Ajishan's Special Herbal Powder (Braise Spices Mix) is a herbal condiment for making authentic Teochew or Hokkien style braised meats. It is a classic dish known as Loh Bak with fragrant soy sauce gravy that infused with a variety of aromatic spices. Traditionally, it is often used to braise duck, egg and pork belly, but also serve pig offal, pig skin, tofu and other ingredients.
