Ingredients: Mung Bean, Water
Directions:
Chafing Dish: put in the vermicelli when water is boiling, boil for five minutes.
Cold Dish: Put in boiling water and take out after appropriate time, cool it in the cold water and stir with seasonings.
Soup or stew: Soaked in cool water for 5 minutes, put in the stewing pot 5 minutes before it is served.
Stir-fried: Put in boiling water and take out after appropriate time, after cooling it in the cold water, stir-fry with other vegetables or meat.
Storage: Keep in cool and dry place.
