Liu Wei Tonic Soup (Six Combination Soup) consists of lotus seeds, lily bulbs, dried longan flesh, solomon's seal, Chinese yam and fox nut. It helps to cleanse and revitalise internal organs and good for digestive, respiratory nervous and cardiovascular system.

Directions: Boil the herbs by itself or add 300g of either chicken or any other meat with 2 litres of water and boil for 2-3 hours. Serves 3-4 persons.
